We’re excited you’ve chosen us as your platform to manage customer experience through customer feedback and online reviews. This form will help us to get your account set-up and your business started capturing customer feedback.

Once you complete the form and payment, we’ll create your online review system account and send you an email giving you access to your program. Please allow a maximum of 24 hours for your account to be setup.

Keep in mind your answers submitted in this form can be changed in the review program at any time. So if you don't know the answer, don't sweat it.  We will be in contact to help set up your account the way you want.

Start with creating a profile for a business location.

Enter who will be responsible for this location (owner, manager, staff)
You will have the option to add additional users to the program later.

In this step, you will select 3rd-party online review websites you want to direct customers to write a review on and which sites you want to monitor for new reviews.  Don't forget your social media pages if you have them.

Note: We recommend you choose at least 2 review sites in order to get the most reviews.
